Section 2 — Products & Archive Pieces
2nd Luxe specializes in curated designer resale, including vintage, pre-owned, archival, and contemporary luxury pieces.
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned items, minor signs of wear, aging, or character may be present. Product descriptions and imagery are provided as accurately as possible and form part of the item description.
We make every effort to display products accurately; however, colors and textures may vary depending on screen settings and device displays.
Many pieces featured within the archive are unique or limited in availability. Once sold, items may not be restocked or reproduced.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Section 3 — Orders
All orders placed through 2nd Luxe are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.
Once an order has been placed and processed, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.
Pricing, product availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Section 4 — Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the site are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are not included unless otherwise stated.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase.
Section 5 — Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
2nd Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility and risk pass to the customer.
Additional customs duties or import fees for international orders remain the responsibility of the customer.
Section 6 — Returns & Exchanges
Return requests may be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, items must remain in their original condition, unworn, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Due to the curated and limited nature of our archive, certain items may be considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import charges are non-refundable.
