Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must remain in their original condition, unworn, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Due to the curated and limited nature of our archive, all return requests must be approved before shipment. To initiate a return, please contact us at 2ndluxeshop@gmail.com.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Certain pieces, including sale items, special releases, and select archival products, may be considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees, duties, and customs charges are non-refundable.
